Terms of Service

FortraxEdge is an analytics tool that helps you review and understand your own trading history through statistical and behavioral insight. You enter or import your trades, and the Service computes metrics and observations from that data.

FortraxEdge is not a broker, does not execute trades, and does not hold your funds.

The Service describes your historical performance. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, does not recommend any trade or instrument, and does not predict or guarantee future results. Trading carries risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. All decisions you make are your own responsibility.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access another user's data, or to bypass our security or per-user data isolation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

FortraxEdge offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Elite). The Free plan is limited to 50 trades logged per calendar month; paid plans remove that limit and unlock additional features.

Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the checkout, billing, and the calculation and collection of any applicable VAT or sales tax. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it reverts to Free. See our Refund Policy.

You own the trade data and content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you (for example, computing your metrics and, on paid plans, generating AI narration of those computed metrics). How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by FortraxEdge and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight will be accurate for your purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FortraxEdge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania, where FortraxEdge is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
