Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for FortraxEdge paid plans. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Start free, so you can try before you pay

Every plan starts on the Free tier — no card required. You can use the full deterministic analytics engine and decide whether a paid plan is right for you before spending anything. We encourage you to do exactly that.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel:

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan — none of your data is deleted.

No refunds for the current period

Because the Free plan lets you evaluate FortraxEdge before paying, we do not provide refunds for subscription fees already charged, including for the current or renewed billing period or for partially used periods. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current one.

Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law. As our Merchant of Record, Paddle may issue a refund where it is legally required to, including:

  • Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country (for example, statutory withdrawal rights for digital purchases in the EU/UK, where applicable).
  • Duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorised charges.
  • A failure on our side that prevents you from accessing the Service you paid for.

How to cancel or request a legally-required refund

Cancel from your account at any time. If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, contact us at supportfortraxedge@gmail.com with your account email and the charge details, and we will work with Paddle to resolve it. You can also contact Paddle directly using the receipt they sent you.
