Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks — you keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop back to Free. No emails, no retention maze.
Do you offer refunds?
See our Refund Policy for the details. Billing and refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment provider.
Is tax included?
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and calculates any VAT or sales tax for your country automatically at checkout, so the price you see is handled correctly for where you are.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
Nothing is deleted — all your trades, stats and history stay. Free simply caps new logging at 50 trades per month until you upgrade again.
Is there a lifetime plan?
No. The AI Coach has a real, ongoing per-use cost, so a one-time lifetime price isn't sustainable — we'd rather keep the product healthy than over-promise.
