Privacy Policy

• Account data: your email address and password (passwords are stored hashed by our auth provider, never in plain text).
• Profile data: information you provide during onboarding, such as display name, experience level, markets, and trading style.
• Trade data: the trades you enter or import — instruments, dates, results, P&L, risk, setups, and notes.
• Usage data: basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.

• To provide the Service: compute your metrics, behavioral observations, Trader DNA, goals, and charts.
• On paid plans, to generate AI narration of your already-computed metrics (see section 4).
• To operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your trade data to advertise to you.

Your data is isolated per user at the database layer using row-level security, so one user's account cannot read another's data.

On paid plans, the AI Coach turns numbers into words. The metrics are always computed first by our own engine; we then send those computed figures (and relevant trade context) to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce a written narration. The AI does not invent statistics. Anthropic processes this input to return the response and does not use it to train its models in this configuration.

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details directly — FortraxEdgenever sees or stores your full card number. Paddle's handling of your data is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Paddle — payments, billing, and tax (Merchant of Record).
• Anthropic — AI narration on paid plans.

Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its part of the Service.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example, billing records) to comply with the law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at supportfortraxedge@gmail.com.

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use advertising cookies.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
